| My family relocated to the valley from Pennsylvania. Prior to physically coming west, I had been in contact with an agent here in the valley who seemed perfect. They daily supplied me with new listings based on my pre-selected criteria, giving my wife and I an idea of properties, market conditions etc. However, when?we arrived, due to the disorganization and general incompetence of the agency, we saw literally 3 houses in two days! In the least desirable locations in the valley! Not being from here, we were extremely disenchanted and were considering forgetting about Arizona altogether.?With my wife in tears, I called Realty Executives. It was perhaps one of the luckiest days of my life when Sandi Nilson got involved. Via telephone, I explained our plight. I detailed what we were looking for etc. Sandi said "give me a couple hours to research and I will call you back." ?Within 45 minutes we were enroute to meet with Sandi. Her knowledge of the valley is second to none! She knows the market, has a connection for everything from painters to doctors to restaurants. You name it, she knows it! She was truly a Godsend. Within days we found just the property we were looking for. With our time in Arizona expired for the moment, and due to the fact that I was 2500 miles away, I relied on Sandi to negotiate and schedule many of the necessities that go along with buying a house. My wife and I really wanted the property we now live in, and with?two other offers already in, we offered full price. It was accepted, but as a result of it not fully appraising,?Sandi was able to?save me 24 thousand dollars off of my initial offer! She was helpful in so many ways, introducing me to so very many folks here in the valley. And lastly, but perhaps most importantly, she is truly one very nice lady!
I could go on, but suffice it to say you will never find a better real estate agent than Sandi Nilson!
